* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Georgia, including
  the following counties, in south central Georgia, Turner and
  Worth. In southwest Georgia, Dougherty.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 428 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ashburn, Sylvester, Albany, Poulan, Marine Corps Logistics
    Base, Worth, Terrell, Sycamore, Rebecca, Hobby, Coverdale,
    Shingler, Doles, Isabella, Turner Co Airport, Dakota, Sibley,
    Gammage and Inaha.
