* WHAT...Hot conditions, with high temperatures 103 to 110 and warm
  overnight low temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 80s.

* WHERE...Sacramento Valley, Motherlode, Northeast Foothills, and
  Northern San Joaquin Valley.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses will be possible, especially for
  groups that are sensitive to heat.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread Major HeatRisk is expected. This
  level of heat could impact outdoor activities.
