Northwest winds aloft will surface mid afternoon, resulting in gusts into the 20-25 mph range. This warm and dry airmass will remain in place through Thursday, with a few high-based flat cumulus around during the afternoon. By Friday, enough moisture will spread into the area to bring a slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. .TODAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (0-10 percent cloud cover) then becoming partly cloudy (55-65 percent cloud cover). Max temperature.....83-86. Min humidity........10-13 percent.
