NORTHWEST WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will gradually build into the area
today, resulting in warm daytime temperatures and very low humidity.
Northwest winds aloft will surface mid afternoon, resulting in gusts
into the 20-25 mph range. This warm and dry airmass will remain in
place through Thursday, with a few high-based flat cumulus around
during the afternoon. By Friday, enough moisture will spread into
the area to bring a slight chance of afternoon showers and
thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (0-10 percent cloud cover) then
                    becoming partly cloudy (55-65 percent cloud
                    cover).
Max temperature.....83-86.
Min humidity........10-13 percent.
Surface winds (mph).South 4-9 mph becoming northwest 10-15 mph
                    with gusts 20-25 mph after 1400.

.THURSDAY...
