And now, here`s your Regional Weather Summary, for West Central
Texas.

Early this morning, a line of scattered showers and a few
thunderstorms was affecting parts of the Concho Valley and
Heartland areas. Some of this activity will contain locally heavy
rainfall, and could result in some minor flooding. Otherwise,
skies were partly to mostly cloudy, temperatures were in the mid
to upper 70s, and winds were light and variable.

Now, here`s a quick forecast summary, for West Central Texas.

Highs today will warm into the mid 90s to around 100 degrees
today, with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible today,
mainly south of a San Angelo to San Saba line from later this
morning through early afternoon. Look for continued warm
temperatures Friday and Saturday with a slight chance for showers
and thunderstorms each day. A wetter and cooler pattern is
expected to develop by Sunday, and persist through the middle of
next week. Highs for this timeframe should be in the mid 80s to
lower 90s with the best rain chances expected Sunday through
Tuesday.
