With the isolated showers that developed over Grant Parish late
this afternoon having diminished with the setting sun, have
updated the zones to remove pops for the remainder of the evening.
Otherwise, a SW flow aloft ahead of upper trough noted on the
evening water vapor imagery extending from WCntrl TX into Cntrl
OK/Ozarks and across Lake MI will maintain elevated cigs over the
Srn half of the region, which will limit the extent of radiational
cooling despite the presence of weak sfc ridging in place. Thus,
min temps tonight should be comparable to what was observed this
morning, albeit a touch warmer given the slightly higher dewpoints
particularly beneath these elevated cigs. This is reflected in the
current forecast, and thus no additional changes were needed to
the ongoing forecast.

For the ArkLaTex terminals, VFR expected for most aside from a
brief BR around daybreak. Light sfc winds around 5KT from the SE
with low level flow also from the S/SE, but backing to E/NE abv
5kft all 10-20KT. We should be fair in the morning with few cu and
some passing cirrus today. Convection will keep generally south of
I-20 for the next couple of aftns with a weak sea breeze. /24/
