1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure drifts toward the eastern Great
Lakes today with a chance for isolated showers/storms this
afternoon. Temperatures increase steadily throughout the weekend.
Storms return with broader coverage Sunday and Monday upon
arrival of a warm front and approaching low pressure from the
west. Some stronger storms are possible both days.
