.DISCUSSION...

Thursday will be marked by cooler and wetter conditions. By 0900
Thursday morning, shower and wet thunderstorm chances will begin to
increase with 50 to 70% chances of precipitation and wetting rain by
1400 Thursday afternoon. With stronger thunderstorms, gusty winds
and locally heavy rain will be the main concerns. Showers and
thunderstorms will persist through around 2000, tapering off quickly
after sunset.

Winds will generally prevail from the west, but remain less than 20
mph. Gusts 20 to 25 mph will be possible during the afternoon, with
locally stronger gusts with any stronger storms. Light
downslope/downvalley flows can be expected overnight, similar to
what has occurred nightly over the past several nights.

Friday will see similar wetter conditions with similar temperatures
to Thursday. The bulk of the moisture will be to the north, but 40
to 60% chances of storms will occur through much of the afternoon
and evening, with similar timing to Thursday.
