Winds will be terrain based and upslope under 5 mph through 1300, before taking a more northwesterly direction around 10 mph. Humidity falls below 40 percent by 1200, and remain between 30 and 40 percent through the afternoon. Humidity recovery will be poor overnight, only returning to around 50 percent by sunrise. Winds will be light downslope below 5 mph. Conditions will be similar on Tuesday, with light winds through noon before increasing from the northwest around 10 mph in the afternoon.
