  conditions on Friday.

RH..................10% at forecast start...Max 30-35%.
20-Foot Winds.......Northwest 4-9 mph with gusts to 15 mph. The
strongest winds along the western side of the
lake. Becoming downslope 2-6 overnight.
Transport Winds.....North around 10 mph shifting to the west in the
                    late evening and overnight, then becoming light
                    after 3 am.
