...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MOORE...SCOTLAND...
SOUTHWESTERN HARNETT...SOUTHEASTERN RICHMOND AND HOKE COUNTIES
THROUGH 515 PM EDT...

At 435 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northwest of Pinehurst to Aberdeen to
near Hoffman to near Hamlet. Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Laurinburg, Southern Pines, Raeford, Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Hoffman,
Whispering Pines, Pinebluff, Foxfire, and Wagram.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
