.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh NE winds will continue to pulse at
night in the Gulf of Papagayo into Fri. Gentle to moderate S to
SW winds will prevail south of the monsoon trough through the
rest of this week, and light to gentle winds will prevail north
of the monsoon trough. Seas will be generally in the 4 to 6 ft
range.
