This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon
with scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms across
higher terrain. Lightning, wind gusts to 40 mph and spotty heavy
rain will be the primary storm risks.

A couple of storms may be possible this afternoon across the
southeastern Colorado Plains. These storms will be capable of
producing wind gusts to 50 mph and half inch hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Daily isolated to scattered afternoon rain showers and thunderstorms
are expected for Tuesday through Sunday. The greatest coverage will
be along and immediately around the mountains. Expected hazards with
any more organized storms will be gusty winds, small hail, heavy
rain, and lightning.
