.DISCUSSION...

Afternoon and evening thunderstorms look likely both Tuesday and
Wednesday, with chances for wetting rain in the 40 to 60 percent
range both days. Erratic winds gusting up to 45 mph will be possible
with any storms. Outside of thunderstorms, winds will be mainly light
and terrain driven. Humidity will fall in the the 30-40 percent range
each afternoon, recovering into the 65-75 percent range both Tuesday
and Wednesday mornings.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny(28 percent) until 1200, then
                    mostly cloudy. Chance of rain showers and
                    slight chance of thunderstorms until 1200, then
                    rain showers with thunderstorms likely.

Max temperature.....68F.
Min humidity........31-36 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Downslope/downvalley 3 to 6 mph until 1100, then west
                    around 8 mph. Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......2000 ft agl until 1000, then 7000 ft agl until
                    1400, then 4500 ft agl.
Transport winds.....West around 10 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor to good.
Haines Index........5 or moderate potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.

                    thunderstorms until 2200.
