.DISCUSSION...

A cooler and wetter pattern will continue through Friday across
the district with daily chances for showers and thunderstorms over
the mountains, spreading off into the southeast plains during the
evening hours. Locally heavy rainfall, hail, and strong outflow
winds will be possible with the stronger storms. The cooler than
normal weather pattern will persist into early next week.
Thunderstorm chances will remain high over and near the mountains
each day where a continued risk of locally heavy rainfall will
remain each day.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny(53 percent). Showers and
                    thunderstorms likely.
LAL.................3 until 1300, then 4 until 1500, then 5 until
                    1700, then 4.
Max temperature.....81F.
Min humidity........27-32 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........light. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms.
Transport winds.....North around 12 mph until 1400, then northeast
                    around 11 mph until 1600, then northwest around
                    9 mph until 1700, then east around 10 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Good until 1600, then fair.
Haines Index........4 or low potential for large plume dominated
