will create red flag conditions through this evening.  Winds should
decrease later this evening and tonight and remain relatively light
for the rest of the weekend.  However MIN RH values will still be less
than 10 percent on Sunday.  Overnight recoveries will be moderate
tonight and good Sunday night.  High temperatures will continue to warm
into next week.
