RICHMOND AND KINGS COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...

At 914 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Colonia, or near Perth Amboy, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Elizabeth, Bayonne, Plainfield, Linden, Coney Island, Todt Hill,
Huguenot, The Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Bay Ridge, Port Richmond,
Tottenville, Clark, Tompkinsville, Bensonhurst, and Oakwood.
