ESSEX...RICHMOND...KINGS AND NEW YORK (MANHATTAN) COUNTIES THROUGH
915 PM EDT...

At 824 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Middlesex, or near Plainfield, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Flatbush, Bayonne, Plainfield,
Linden, Coney Island, Summit, Todt Hill, Huguenot, The Verrazano
Narrows Bridge, Bay Ridge, Lower East Side, and East Village.
