This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Dangerous heat continues on today with heat index readings of 100
to 110+ degrees likely. A Heat Advisory and an Excessive Heat
Warning are in effect for much of southeastern Nebraska into Iowa.

Strong to severe storms are possible from 3-10 PM, primarily in
southwest into central Iowa with damaging wind as the main
concern. Quarter-sized hail or a brief tornado cannot be ruled
out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
