...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
  continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Nebraska, including the
  following county, Butler.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 745 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated high water along Clear
    Creek.
  - Flooding impacts will continue with additional rainfall
    likely tonight.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Northwestern Butler County


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
