Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong ridge north of the Caribbean will support
fresh to strong easterly trade winds and rough seas across much of
the central Caribbean through late this week. Winds may pulse to
near gale at night off NW Colombia. Moderate to fresh easterly
winds will continue in the NW Caribbean through midweek, pulsing
to strong winds at night across the Gulf of Honduras through Tue
night. A tropical wave is entering the eastern Caribbean,
producing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across the
Leeward Islands. This wave will bring increased storm activity
across Puerto Rico and Hispaniola over the next few days.
