New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Chantal
currently located inland over the Delmarva Peninsula this evening
will track NE off the coast early tonight, then pass through the
far S waters later tonight and Tue. See the latest advisory
issued by the Weather Prediction Center. Otherwise, a cold
front will approach from the N and NW tonight, move offshore Tue,
then stall over the waters Tue night into Wed night. The front
will then continue over the area Thu into Fri as a series of weak
low pressure centers track E along the boundary, before the
front passes S of the waters Fri night into Sat night. Weak high
pressure will build SE across the region Sat and Sat night.
