.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue NW
of the waters today through Mon night, then slowly retreat
westward Tue and Tue night. A low pressure trough near the
California coastline will persist into Fri night, before
gradually weakening Sat and Sat night. The trough will strengthen
along the northern California coast Sun, persist into Mon, then
weaken Mon night into Tue night.
