.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A ridge of high pressure will
gradually drift S through Fri night, then persist across the
southern waters through Tue night. A low pressure trough will
persist over the California interior through Tue night. Weak low
pressure will approach the outer northern waters tonight, then
drift E across the zones before dissipating near the northern CA
coast Sat night. The low will push a cold front across the
northern and central waters Fri night through Sat night. Behind
the front high pressure will again build across the northern and
central waters through Sun night. Weak low pressure will approach
the northern portions Mon, slow near the outer waters Mon night,
then weaken near the waters Tue and Tue night as high pressure
