.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
central waters will sag southward into the souther waters tonight
and Sat. A cold front over the northern portion will move S into
the central waters tonight and Sat before moving into the
southern area Sat night before dissipating Sun. High pressure
will build across the NW portion behind the front Sat night
through Mon night, then will weaken Tue. A low trough will form
along the California coast Sun and persist through Tue night
before dissipating Wed into Wed night.
