.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A ridge of high pressure will
remain across the waters and gradually drift S through Fri night.
A low pressure trough will persist over the California interior
through Sat night. A cold front will enter the northern waters
late Wed or early Wed night then drift S and dissipate across the
waters Thu. Another weak cold front or trough will form to the W
of the waters Thu night, then drift across the outer northern and
central waters through Sat before dissipating near the southern
waters Sat night. High pressure will rebuild across the northern
and central portions behind the front Fri through Sat night.
