.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
central waters will sag S into the southern waters today. A cold
front over the northern portion will move S into the central
waters today, then will move into the southern area tonight
before dissipating Sun. High pressure will build across the NW
portion behind the front tonight through Mon night and then
weaken Tue. A low pressure trough will form along the California
coast Sun and persist through Tue night before dissipating Wed
into Wed night.
