.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will approach the
waters from the NW today, then weaken as it gradually moves
across N portions of the area tonight. Thereafter, high pressure
will rebuild NW of the waters Wed into Wed night and persist
through Sat night. A low pressure trough near the California
coastline will gradually weaken today, then strengthen tonight
and Wed and persist into Fri night, before gradually weakening
again Sat into Sat night.
