.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A ridge of high pressure will
gradually drift S through Fri night, then persist across the
southern waters through Sun night. A low pressure trough will
persist over the California interior through Sun night. Weak low
pressure will approach the outer northern waters Thu, then drift
E across the zones before dissipating near the northern CA coast
Sat. The low will push a cold front across the northern and
central waters Fri night through Sat. Behind the front high
pressure will again build across the northern and central waters
through Sun night.
