.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build in
across the waters tonight through Sun night. A weak area of low
pressure will move slowly E across the N portions of the waters
Mon into Tue then gradually weaken as high pressure builds in
again from the W across all of the waters Tue night into Thu
night. A trough will develop along the Central and S California
coast Tue and persist through Wed before dissipating Wed night
into Thu.
