.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue NW
of the waters through Mon night, then slowly retreat
southwestward Tue into Wed night. A low pressure trough near the
California coastline will persist into tonight, before gradually
weakening Sat and Sat night. The trough will strengthen along the
northern California coast Sun, persist into Mon, then weaken Mon
night into Tue night.
