.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move
across the far NW portions tonight before dissipating early Fri
night. High pressure will persist just W of the area tonight
through Sat night. The high pressure area just W of the waters
will then merge with stronger high pressure to the W Sun. The
high pressure area will then continue to build W and NW of the
area Sun into Tue night, while a cold front approaches and then
moves into the northern waters. A low pressure trough will remain
near the California coast through Tue night.
