.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak low pressure center over
the northern California waters will pass N of the waters tonight.
High pressure will build in from W and strengthen Wed through Thu
night then persist just W of the area through Sat night. High
pressure area just W of the waters will then merge with stronger
high pressure to the W Sat and Sat night. A low pressure trough
will remain near the California coast through Sun night.
