.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build in
from W and strengthen tonight into Thu night then persist just W
of the area through Sat night. The high pressure area just W of
the waters will then merge with stronger high pressure to the W
Sat and Sat night. High pressure will then continue to build W
and NW of the area Sun into Mon night, while a cold front
approaches and then moves into the northern waters. A low
pressure trough will remain near the California coast through Mon
night.
