.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure W of the waters
will persist through Wed night while slowly drifting NW. High
pressure will then strengthen W and NW of the waters Wed and Wed
night while a weak cold front moves into the N waters. A weak
area of low pressure over the southern inner waters will drift S
and pass S of the area by early Sun. A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast today through Wed night.
