.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move across the southern waters and dissipate tonight. A ridge of
high pressure will slowly build across the waters behind the
front tonight through Sat. Sat night the ridge will weaken as
broad low pressure forms and drifts across the northern portions
through Tue night.
