.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure to the
W of the waters will drift E today and tonight, then slowly move
back to the W Sun through Tue. A low pressure trough near
Vancouver Island will persist through Sun, weaken Sun night then
dissipate Mon. A weak cold front will approach Mon night, move SE
across the waters Tue through Wed, then pass S of the waters Wed
night. High pressure will slowly build behind the front Wed and
Wed night.
