.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move through the waters from the W today before moving inland
this evening. High pressure will build over the region behind the
front tonight, then persist Sat into Sat night. The ridge axis
will shift just W of the waters Sun through Tue. A cold front
will move across the waters late Tue into Tuesday night.
