.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken tonight. A trough will form
along the coast of Vancouver island tonight and continue into Sun
before weakening as high pressure builds along the Washington and
Oregon coasts. Another trough will form over the area Saturday
night before a weak low center develops over the region Sun. The
low will remain nearly stationary through Tue before dissipating
Tue night. A weak cold front will move SE into the area Tue
night, then continue moving SE over the waters Wed and Wed night.
