.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A ridge of high
pressure will weaken and shift S tonight. A weak cold front or
trough of low pressure will approach tonight, move SE across the
waters Tue into Wed, then pass S of the waters later Wed or early
Wed night. High pressure will slowly build behind the front Wed
and Wed night, then persist across the region through Sat. Sat
night broad weak low pressure will form across most of the
region.
