.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the region tonight, then weaken Tue as a cold front
moves into the waters. The front will move SE of the waters Tue
night. High pressure will rebuild over the waters Wed and Wed
night and will remain over the waters through Sat night. A
weakening cold front will move into the area Fri night.
