.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build in today through Thu night, and persist through Mon night
while slowly weakening. A low pressure trough across Vancouver
Island will form late Thu and Thu night and remain in place
through Sat night. The next weak cold front will approach
northern portions late Sun night, move across the waters Mon,
then dissipate Mon night.
