draped across the waters will remain in place through tonight
before moving S as a cold front Thu into Fri. A ridge of high
pressure will slowly build across the waters behind the front Thu
through Sat. Sat night the ridge will weaken as broad low
pressure forms and drifts across the northern portions through
Sun night.
