.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken, as a weakening cold front
approaches today then moves across the waters tonight. High
pressure will then rebuild E over the waters Wed and Wed night. A
low pressure trough will persist along the Oregon coast today,
then slowly weaken tonight and Wed. The trough will then
redevelop Thu through Fri, and it will then gradually weaken
again Fri night through Sat night. Additionally the high to the W
will gradually weaken over the waters Thu through Sat night.
