.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken tonight. A weakening cold front
will move E across the waters tonight into Fri. High pressure
will briefly rebuild across the waters Fri through Sat night
before another cold front moves across the waters. The weak cold
front will move across the region Sat night into Mon. High
pressure will gradually rebuild over the waters behind the front
Sun night through Tue. Tue a weak cold front or trough will
approach the waters, then move E across the region later Tue and
Tue night.
