.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold
front will move SE into the region today, before dissipating by
this evening. High pressure will gradually build over the waters
tonight into Tue. A low pressure trough will strengthen along the
southern Oregon coast Mon through Tue, before slowly weakening
Tue night and Wed. A weak cold front or low pressure trough will
move E across the area later Tue and Tue night. High pressure
will rebuild eastward over the waters Wed and Wed night, then
gradually weaken Thu into Thu night.
