.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
gradually build over the waters tonight into Tue. A low pressure
trough will strengthen along the southern Oregon coast Mon
through Tue, before slowly weakening Tue night and Wed. A weak
cold front or low pressure trough will move E across the area
later Tue and Tue night. High pressure will rebuild eastward over
the waters Wed and Wed night, then gradually weaken Thu into Fri
night. The trough will redevelop along the southern Oregon coast
Thu night into Fri night.
