.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken tonight. A weakening cold front
will move E across the waters tonight into Fri. Another cold
front will move through the waters Sat night into Sun night. High
pressure will gradually rebuild NE over the waters behind the
fronts Fri through Tue night.
