.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist NW of the waters tonight through Sun, while gradually
weakening. A low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will
gradually weaken tonight through Sat night before dissipating
inland on Sun. Weak high pressure will prevail W or the waters
Sun night through Tue night, then strengthen Wed and Wed night. A
coastal low pressure trough will develop Mon into Wed night along
the southern Oregon coast.
