.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front along the Mid-
Atlantic coast early tonight will move SE over the northern and
central waters later tonight through Sun night. A weak area of
low pressure will develop along the front near the Virginia Capes
Sun night, then quickly lift NE. The northern portion of the
front will move E away from the northern waters on Mon, while the
southern portion becomes stationary extending E from around Cape
Fear Mon night through Tue night. A weak low may form along the
front Tue night or Wed, causing the front to sag farther S Wed
and Wed night. The front will then become stationary again across
the far southern waters Wed night through Thu night while high
pressure gradually builds E across the northern and central
waters. Chesapeake NAVTEX continues to be reported inoperable.
