from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will drift S over
the S waters tonight and stall across the S waters Wed. A weak
low will move E along the front Wed, and quickly move E of the
area while pulling the cold front S of the area Wed night into
Fri. High pressure will build E over the N portion today into
Fri, then shift E of the region Fri night into Sat night while
maintaining a ridge across the waters. Tropical Storm Ernesto
will track N to the SE of the area Fri night while strengthening
to a hurricane, then turn NE Sat and Sat night. Ernesto will stay
E of the Mid-Atlantic waters Sun and move NE away from the area

be reported inoperable.
