West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure ridging westward
across the S waters will persist tonight into Mon night, and then
shift eastward Tue into Tue night. A stationary front will
persist over the far N waters tonight into Fri as weak low
pressure areas track E along the boundary. The front will then
lift back N of the waters as a warm front Fri night into Sat. Low
pressure N of the waters will lift E and NE away from the area
Sat night into Sun while pulling a cold front across the N
portions later Sun and Sun night. The front will stall and weaken
over the northern and central portions Mon into Mon night.
Another cold front will approach from the W and NW Tue, and then
move over the far NW waters Tue night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
