.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will build NE towards the waters
tonight. A weak cold front will move across the waters Wed and
Wed night. High pressure will build in behind the front Wed night
through Thu night, and persist into Sun night while slowly
weakening. A low pressure trough along Vancouver Island will form
by early Fri and remain in place into Sun night.
