.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will build NE towards the waters
tonight through Tue night. A weak cold front will move across the
waters Wed and Wed night. High pressure will build behind the
front Wed night into Fri night. A coastal low pressure trough
will develop late Mon, persist through early Tue and then move
inland late Tue and Tue night.
